I worked with one of their support folks (very nice) and she was very helpful and even tried to call me back, but I got busy and ran out of time. I haven’t been able to get back to them to try again. Bottom line, it hasn’t delivered the expected speed to match the performance of my internet service (500 mbps), which should be nothing if the product performed as advertised. I wish the router (another brand) provided from my service provider would have worked with my devices as it performed much better from a delivered speed standpoint. If the router starts working properly, I’ll modify this review to something more favorable.

Its still works well but does not have the coverage the AC1750 does. 5 bars instead of 2 on the living room tv through wifi. 5 bars instead of 3 on the kids' computer. Router went from in box to working and connected in 15 minutes. (would have been faster but there was a firmware upgrade available) Get this if you want excellent range and affordability in one product.
