One of your employees spent 40 minutes with me. He asked questions and offered recommendations for what I might have needed. He explained exactly what I needed to power my WiFi throughout my home. Thank you, for having understanding and patient employees.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this. It kept dropping equipment attached to it. Lost the Wi-Fi many times which meant having to reset everything. The final straw was not being able to connect at all. It dropped the Wi-Fi network completely that it wasn’t even recognized. This was after unplugging modem, unplugging router and waiting the appropriate time to connect. Also rebooting, resetting and basically just over it. Back it goes. Connected old router and everything is working fine.
