NETGEAR SCAMS YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION.

I had a software issue where the app won’t let me update the router which in return I am bottleneck at very low speeds. Their services say they cannot help if it’s a hardware issue without a subscription yet they still won’t help me when it’s a software issue on their end Absolutely disappointed it’s terrible. Going with a ASUS
