Every time Cox changed my router/modem they told me it was the "latest technology" and was really garbage. Netgear router AC1750 easily installed by this 62 yr old works PERFECTLY no more dropped connections. Trouble free and installed in 5 minutes. Uploads way faster than before even with Cox preferred internet.
