Good WiFi Unit, better with ethernet

It's doubt a very good job sending wifi to my first floor devices but my challenging basement requires an ethernet connected extender (also Netgear) to provide a similar signal to the downstairs where I now get 143mps.

I was told to look into on of these.. I read many great reviews so I went ahead and ordered it.. It took me days to figure how to set it up ( so frustrating) finally I tried one last tine before giving up and I DID IT!! And I love it..
