Netgear tech support wasn't any help; they were mostly interested in selling me an expensive extended tech support plan. And the person I spoke with had such a foreign accent, it was very hard to even understand her....except for the part they wanted a lot more money....VERY pushy about it too! I declined to pay more for an already very expensive router.

It comes with a filet for bad websites, but pops up on just about every site, and doesn’t let you get into the sites we need like my kids school website. We have to keep trying different ways around it

The associate mentioned that I would have to change the WPA for each device but I was able to go to the Netgear website and change the network name and WPA to match my old one so I didn’t have to reset each WiFi device in the House. Easy!

Well the setup was totally confusing. The instructions given in the box were not correct. I spent at least 3 hours setting it up with an hour of that talking with customer service. Once it was installed it does not work that much better than the free router I received from my internet carrier. I regret purchasing this item.
