Now sure if it is a router issue or my desktop, but didn't see that on the old router - which I replaced when it burned out (many years old) - no lights would come on - no indication it was getting power any more. So got new router.

This router was reasonably priced. Best Buy also matched the price of an online retailer. The wireless internet connection in my home is working well and fast after installing this.

Great router for 5GHZ network users

The 5GHz band is not stable and the speed is also not good. At the recommendation of bestbuy employees, I bought this NETGEAR - Wireless-AC1750, which worked out great. It has a very stable 5GHz band, in addition, it can maximize the FIOS bandwidth assigned to me.
