IT DOES NOT HAVE A MODEM. OTHERWISE APPEARS TO BE A GREAT WIFI DEVICE. I WOULD RETURN/EXCHANGE BUT WITH THE PANDEMIC I DON'T FEEL LIKE DEALING WITH THE HASSLE.

Best Buy rep told me this was a modem router, but it's only wifi. which I didn't really need. Product does not come with instructions and requires downloading an app, which is so annoying, especially when your modem isn't working and you don't have internet access. So frustrating.
