Update to my previous reveiw

So i tried setting this up on my own and it would recognize the drive but would not access it. I had to call the Netgear tech support since I was less than 90 days after purchase I still had free access. Well that is the reason why I have reduced my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The equipment still works well but the tech support is probably the worst tech support I have ever experienced. After 3 phone calls and all 3 times getting hung up on and no call back I finally figured out what the problem was myself. With windows 10 you have to have your Windows Homegroup set up and active on a "home network". I actually just kinda stumbled across this. I would never have known to do this but anyway the Tech Support for NetGear is HORRIBLE! Not only did they not help me but they were foreign and I could hardly understand them which was also very frustrating. If you are buying this router and you think you might need help setting it up don't buy from NetGear and expect to get the help you need. You will get very frustrated and even upset when you don't get it.
