No what I expected

I can't fix it cause I don't no what I'm doing. I called geek quad just got even more confused. There is no c.d just one piece of paper to show you how to set it up. It works but not up to the potential it should be. If i could get someone to come out and set it up for me it would be different. Not having one on one help sucks.
