Poor parental control integration - taking back!

As stated in a number of other reviews, the hardware seems OK, and the basic firmware may be OK, but I gave up with parental controls after spending a whole afternoon trying to get parental controls to even WORK so I don't know how stable the wifi connection is etc - my son said it dropped out on him a number of times during the afternoon - so probably not good. The Circle thing looks like it COULD be interesting but I could not get it to work. NOR could I get the OpenDNS to work. You CANNOT (as you could apparently with "Genie" set up different OpenDNS settings for each device... Even if you could, OpenDNS is a broad brush blocking thing. Circle seems kind of like NextDNS (which I may have to go back and try) - it seems kind of partially finished too. I give up - taking it back - not worth hassling with the flakey apps and multiple websites, etc, etc... Going back to 100% reliable, never has any glitches simple TP-Link AC-1500 (which was half the price). I has "on/off" parental controls that at least WORK, and it is 100% rock solid reliable. I knew I should not have wasted my time. This thing was just like the Netgear I tried a few YEARS ago - I thought maybe they had improved... Very disappointed
