1st one out of the box failed, 2nd okay

The setup is terrible. They want you to set everything up from a smartphone. Instructions to do it from a wired connection are non-existent.

2nd router in 20 days

Returned to BB and received a 2nd unit upon paying for a 2 year guarantee. It's been about 2 weeks and the 2nd router seems to be operating fine. I will post another review after a few months.
