I will make this short and sweet if I can and as I can because I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this router is. If there is any router out there to beat this router I would be shocked!! In my work and I am an IT Tech for the strength and distant and features on this router being put to the test will not even stand close to the routers I have encountered. Hear me and hear me well you will never I mean never find a router better than this with range and speed anywhere. There is no dead spots in a 4000 foot home!! Even on the outside of the house in the street down the road I get a signal and good signal as that. It's downright scary because I think of how many people could pick up that signal and try to log in. So I am thankful for the parental control and all the other things it has in this router to stop any of that. 5ghz gives you speeds close to where your internet provider gives you. I have 300mbps. And I can say I get 290 plus far away on 5ghz everywhere in the range and that's over 3000 square foot as I measured. Now the 2.4ghz is topped out at 450mbps and that's the lower band but it goes the farthest of the bands. So at my range I went farther as I could and I still got with a weak signal 25mbps with no drops!! Are you kidding me!! That's outside down the street!! I just can't tell you I truly believe that hotels can use this router with Gigabit internet and not get bogged down. And when I tell you speeds don't slow up no matter where you go. The closer you are of course you will get better speed. But I can tell you with in the 3000 Square foot range you will get close to your max internet speed guaranteed. I wish I was a spoke person for this router because I would put a guarantee on this with your money back!! It's that good. I pray they don't give up on this router. I almost want to buy another just in case they stop making them! I am telling you now I have never seen the likes of a router like this in any place. Not even a business I've ever been to has speeds like this. In my conclusion with all the bells and whistle and and the software and settings with parental control and you can even set up guest network on this thing if you don't want anyone just logging on to your router. They can only get what you give them. I would hate to see what this router does with a gigabit internet. In the land line direct to the computer it gets top speeds every time. No lag at all. So desktops will never get slow. I mean that. Now you can go get another router if you want to. But if you miss this one you loss already!! I promise you. Don't make that mistake I am glad I look at reviews before I bought this router. And man am I happy. I set this thing up in a church and we have a 5000 square foot church plus. We have a building added to the back. I was going to get a dedicated internet monitor set up with the internet company that would cost me just for the monitoring $200 a month so I could have internet through the whole building and outside building. I bought this instead and it does better than what they were offering me LOL!! Crazy!! Because it's a business they charge you as a business. So I got this router it takes care of my church and the back building with no drops!! LOL!! Crazy!! I promise you that. So with that said you can't beat this product no where. Never! I know technology will only get better but for right not hands down it's the best.

Not being that computer literate when it comes to setting up router I went by what others were saying and bought this product. When trying to install the instructions weren't designed for an older person such as myself. I'm still not sure if it's working properly and the 5ghz side is not showing up when I try to connect to it.
