wouldn't work

Don't know what was wrong. Returned to store and associate said it might just have been a lemon. Bought the Linksys 1750 and it worked immediately. Not saying the Netgear is a bad router. Just didn't work for me.

Waste of time

Then updated firmware and the r6400 restarted....no visible wifi connection or direct connection. Led lights indicated firmware or hardware connection. Attempted multiple resets to no avail. This was a router for a family member and at home I have the r8000. VERY VERY VERY disappointed with this router....
