I contacted my cable supplier citizens cable and they sent two technicians out to verify I was receiving their feed okay. They identified it as a weak signal from router. I contacted Net Gear because it was past your 14 day return policy. They connected me a technician. I had extremely difficult is speaking with her due to her accent. I spent nearly two hours with her and she said it was fixed. I just had the same problem yesterday. I think the unit is defective but they seemed unwilling to replace at this time.
