Excellent product

I am a skilled IT professional. Setup: Followed typical steps of plugging in a laptop into a LAN port and configuring the R6400 through the web console. Easy and straightforward. Also using the R6400 as a wireless bridge to a R7000 on another floor. Overall very easy setup and installation. Features Very rich features, very happy that I can do all the things I want given this is a home product, it has very advanced features that are useful to skilled IT professionals. Performance Very fast, no network drops or issues when streaming video. Expectations R6400 fully met my expectations. Price-value Priced right. However for power users, I do agree that the R7000 would provide a better price-value since it costs a just little bit more when on sale. Summary Overall very happy with this product.

No internet connection

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was working great since April 17, 2020, but call it user error...I can’t get internet connection to my 2 TVs, iPad nor 2 iPhones. More importantly, I cannot get tech support unless I pay for it? Please help!

Good wifi router

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With all the devises I currently run in the house, The old router wasn't able to support 5 devises. I have 2 TV'S, an echo, a kindle fire, and a computer. After talking to the tech support from my server, he recommended the nighthawk or net gear. The floor associate at best buy said the net gear 93 was more than enough. After hooking it up with a few set backs, I got it working. I noticed right away that the router was slow in loading pages. I have 150 mb's. My old router loaded instantly [Linksys.] Now I constantly get messages saying connection lost. I have a very small house...this should never happen. Clearly I needed something bigger. While it does work, it's just slow. Can't say I will ever buy one of these again.

Low Speed and connectivity issues
