Everything worked fine and easy. The upgrade was fast, the interface is simple to learn and navigate. Using a VPN provider is simple as well.

I purchased a refurb and hope it works out. I have had to reboot router twice but up now for a week. When working the throughput is really nice.

Bought one of these, not refurbed, died just after year warranty. Bought this refurb with 2 yr geek squad for half the price of new!

I have had problems with strong connectivity across my house. This router even without the extender has no problem providing 4 bars of connection across the distance.

The router was refurbished and seems to work fine. It comes with an adapter to help with distant WIFI outage.

I work as a network engineer and require a lot of bandwidth for my job. This router has been everything I've needed and also allows me to set up a guest account for my AirBnB users who I wouldn't want on my main Wifi.

Initially I bit scared of buying refurbished router later i bought this with hope of Geek Squad. Working well without any issues and i dont see any wifi signal dropping. DST adapter is additional bonus for me. I would recommend this product to all my friends.

This wifi router works great especially with the included DST adapter. Bandwidth is great even through several office walls. Was worried about this one being refurbished but it was packed like new and worked great right out of the box.

This Netgear wireless router has been working great for me. It covers most of the house footprint. For the hard to reach areas I used the extender and my house has coverage all over. The processing power and speeds are amazing on this AC1900.

The extension is a great feature for Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Finally found a systet that allows us internet access throughout that house. Having the extender unit, as well, ensures that the furthest part of the house from the main unit still has access to the internet. Good speed, as well..

I needed to change my Router as I watch TV via streaming, in the offer for a day of Best Buy I could get this potemte router with a price below half, in addition to include a signal repeater completely free.

It's a good product for the money you pay for it. ......

since it was refurbish i didnt get the geek sguad help but it was ok

Great router with capabilities of setting up separate guest logins.

Buyer beware: I have now received two "refurbished" units that didn't work. The first one had non-functional LAN and WAN ports (couldn't connect to modem, troubleshoot with loopback test - failed). The second I was able to get up and running and use successfully for one night before it fried. Complete meltdown, flashing power LED (typically corrupted firmware) but can't even ping over ethernet (not corrupted firmware). I will say this: When the second unit worked, it was remarkably fast. I had it set-up with a 5TB USB 3.0 hard drive and was able to stream 4K video over Wi-Fi to Chromecast without any issue. The price on this refurbished unit is unbeatable. I am ordering TWO more, hoping I will actually get one that works...and continues to work.

This is one of the best wifi monitor we have ever got we have 5 phones hooked up to it and a ps4 , a xbox 360 and five ipads it has never lagged or anything

Not much diffference noted from the old netgear router, just bigger
