I had to contact tech support to help setting this thing up, but with their help it was simple. It works great and extended my wifi to the back of my house where the signal was weak.

I am really not convinced this ever worked. But it may have been the Verizon service to blame, I have since installed cable internet and it is way better. no need for this technology

This unit arrived with defective factory software installed. It was impossible to configure the unit to any wireless network in range. I returned the unit and bought another brand elsewhere.

My friend had a problem connecting to his router that was in his bedroom, so I found this repeater to be ideal for his situation.

Great extender! Wifi signal increased tremendously, unfortunately had to return it,because it's not a dual band just 2.4

It has narrow reception range. It works but sometimes gets unable to provide enough signal for wireless reception.

Recently purchased instead of renting the product.

I have a wireless desktop on 2nd floor of home. Downloads often drop. Thought maybe an extender would help. I do have the extender on 2nd floor in another room. It only helped slightly . The salesman did reccomend other things but I didn't want to spend a lot

I purchased this after being recommended by a friend. Within the first week the unit was problematic at best and I finally broke down and contacted support. Support person was good and it was determined that the unit was bad. I was shipped a replacement. Received the replacement and I couldn't get this unit to stay up long enough to configure. Contact support again and this time it took 3 calls to get to a support person who wouldn't hang up on me. I have received a 3rd unit but haven't installed this unit yet.

does not work, i bought it for work the internet doesn't work well in there and this does not help at all. not worth the money
