I exchanged it for this unit & it’s fine! I’ve had to call their tech support several times...2 times at night & I believe I spoke to the same person... he had little patience with me & I could hear him sgh over the phone! When I called during the day the gentleman I spoke to solved my issue in less than (5) minutes! He was pleasant & courteous!
