Great addition to my network! Greatly boosted speeds and range!

Easy set up and fast speeds...Way faster than a lower end modem router..

I had issues setting it up. I called customer service and they helped me change the channels to get it working. It kept dropping the internet so after a bunch of internet searching I adjusted the settings and the internet hasn’t got out. The range is amazing which is a huge plus.

Amazing range and speed. It fits perfectly in my home and serves all the rooms.

Much better than cable rental equipment. Always had to reset Comcast gateway and it only had 8 channels. The 32 down channels on this model help everyone to stay connected and speed was greater even before upgrading internet package. More connections at a time, greater speed, and not having to constantly reset gateway have increased kids happiness. Three gamers on same time with 10ms latency overall is pretty good.

Working great, no issue with set up and the only thing I can say it is pretty big and you don't want to put it flat on anything soft, we set it on a pillow for a while till we organized the space and it heated up pretty quick. That is to be expected of course but definitely take in consideration where you will place it.

Virtually the best you can get, if you are planning on using cable networks for a very long time. My house is very long, so we still need range extenders to meet ends and connect everybody to internet without interruption. Net gears range extenders are also very good however, all products require little know how and are easy to setup.

It's been a few weeks since we began using this Netgear Router/Modem, and so far it's been great. It works as described with the Internet connection we subscribe to (up to 1Gig from RCN) and no signal booster is needed in our townhouse.

My internet has never been better. So fast and such strong signals. 10/10.

Purchased the modem/router combo based on reviews for my new home. The main objective was whole house coverage. Unfortunately there is / was too little information as to the physical dimensions of the unit. New homes have a structured media panel usually located near the middle of the home. For me the best solution was buying a different modem (arris which was my second choice) and installed in the 3.5” deep panel. I returned my Netgear to Best Buy(which was pleasantly easy) and purchased an Arris G36 that works great. The wireless is excellent and easy to connect to the in panel cat 5 cables. I gave the Netgear 3 stars due to the size and limited information, not the performance. The G36 was the best fit for me.

this device is an all in one cable modem and router gateway, this device is wonderful for the more novice users, and connects to everything instantly without error..this device seemed to struggle with multiple connections,,streaming and gaming i ended up taking it back for modem and router

After hooking this up to the network our connection has improved significantly. I should of listened to the guy at Best Buy earlier! I was told by my ISP to only get a modem, after I got the modem they told me my wifi didn’t work because it was not the one provided by them. I have 800mbps and around 20 devices in my smart home. This thing rocks!

Good coverage and seems fast…as fast as my prior router.

Easy set-up and good upgrade that increased internet speed and wi-fi coverage.

It actually does perform better than most routers out there. Maybe not the best on the market but is an excellent choice. The routers that are provided by an internet provider at a monthly fee not only ends up cost a lot more but are in no comparison to a quality product you can buy outright.
