Not as good as our last one

So we bought this new Netgear thinking the Wi-Fi and speed would be awesome. However, after 1.5 months, the Wi-Fi connection on my iPhone is very slow sometimes. I’m disappointed. Tried to find a better one but couldn’t find anything better during this pandemic.

Not compatible with Spectrum

In spite of the product showing “Spectrum” on the box, the Charter representative said the modem was no compatible with their internet. Not sure if this is a product issue or a representative issue. I should have got a second option, but I opted to trade it in for a router sans modem which as been working out great!
