Highly recommend this you are needing a boost to certain areas of the house. Easy to set up and app is really easy to use.

I've had this for about 3 months now. Worked great the first 8 weeks, now it's been nothing but a headache. It constantly drops connection, and last night was on the support chat with spectrum for 2 hours. After going through absolutely everything, the only issue we could come up with was that the mesh system is garbage. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM! The price is right, but I'm going to be going in a different direction. I've always used netgear, but this has really turned me away from using their products

I was using the old extender for my Wi-Fi, I really like the ease and bandwidth of this Netgear platform, and it has a wider coverage than my old system

Do not buy this product. It worked initially but soon would not recognize Apple devices. After calling customer service and spending two hours on the phone, they rest the router remotely and it worked with out Apple devices. Within 48 hours it stopped working with all our devices. After another two hours on the phone with customer service, it resumed working. The over the next week, approximately every 48 hours, it stopped working. Cusotmer service was never able to figure out why the router kept conking out. I am returning it to Best Buy and buying another brand of router.

Tried out the wifi extender from nighthawk, returned it and bought this. Replaces your router and gives you two satellite "routers". Each satellite has a cat6 port so you can hardwire a device and use the full potential of the wifi. Im very pleased with how easy it was to set up and how well it worked once it was all connected.

Speeds drop really bad and it disconnects horribly all the time. Drops signal and it says you can switch between the different routers depending on where you are but isnt always acurate. The network split for smart robots and cameras cause they take 2.4ghz is horrible!! 5ghz doesnt even work half the time and my cameras disconnect constantly. Netgear makes some good stuff but this is a disappointment.

These devices have drastically improve the Netgear connectivity network within my two-story home. Previous route did not cover the entire square footage and off-line was the usual mode of duty.

Well we set it up and it didn’t work the way it was supposed to and had to reverse set it up and the WiFi is still poor with it ! Had called for help on setting it up properly and that got nowhere! They were happy to take our money and that was it !

This product was returned without being used. It was far too complicated to set up. The instructions said to go on line to see how to install, but without the modem to get on line one cannot get the instructions. The very minimal instructions included were no help.

Not good! The satellite boss constantly lost connection to main box. Even the main box, with Ethernet cable to tv, constantly had issues. Since we switched to TPLink Deco we have had NO issues.

I wish I could give this zero stars. It was a waste of a couple hundred dollars. I live in 1200 square foot apartment, so with satellites connectivity should be no problem especially given the rating in the documentation. My wifi connectivity is so unreliable and both satellites are constantly disconnecting. Support has attempted to be helpful but you can't help when the product is abject garbage.

Absolutely horrible, like the other review states it would drop connections like crazy, especially on my desktop. Had to disable AX features for some reason in order for it to stay stable. Would return it if I could still, please don't buy this.
