This does a good job of increasing the wireless range of a laptop that I use for streaming sporting events at my school. I also thought I would dabble with getting it to directly connect my Quest 2 to my VR PC, but the steps required to get that working is a hassle and it doesn't work any better than through the wireless router. I also found it strange that Windows doesn't just have a driver for it, but it came with the drivers on an included USB stick, so it wasn't really an issue.

Slapped this bad boy into a gaming PC that was always a hardwire (ethernet) connection and it was the best small upgrade I made. Worth it.

Does exactly what it needs to! If there's one complaint, its that the usb cord connected to the dock is so thick, I feel like its never really set because the tension is always pulling it to an odd direction. On my laptop, the wifi doesnt say that its connected to a wifi 6 network like my phone does, but the speeds are the same. Just note, windows 10 does not support wifi 6 so if you're using this on a W10 device and dont get wifi 6, you now know why.

I'm a bit away from the router in another room and this receiver has made a big difference in a stable WiFi connection.

Really good wifi adapter way faster than my old one. The only caveat is it’s price but it’s well worth it if you have the internet speed to back it up.

This this is an absolute beast, gives you awsome lightning fast connect speeds. Downloads and uploads will hit max. I use this for my gaming desktop, I do not have the option to connect to an ethernet cable and this has been a life saver. Highly recommend this product.
