I purchased this Router to provide my customer remote service for their Building Automation System, but we have experienced issues with our IP Devices dropping LAN connection, and losing connection to the router from the modem. We have not completely isolated the internet connection issue to either the Router or the Modem, but or Jaces did fall off the network while we still had a connection to the Front End CPU. This router's power supply is fed from a UPS so power issues should not be an issue. It has only happened 2 so far one month in. If these issues continue I will be contacting the manufacturer.

Bought this because I was tired of all the wifi problems I was having. This thing has amazing range and can support more than a normal households worth of streaming and wifi activity. Pricey but well worth it to me.

Installed in conjunction with FIOS Router. Has specific option to function only as an Access Point that made it easy to use with the FIOS Router while still getting the better WIFI performance afforded by the Netgear AC3200.

This replaced a Netgear R7000. With the dual band and multiple antennas, I'm able to get more signal bars throughout my house. The interface is very easy and user friendly and it's nice to be able to set and forget.

I bought this router after my old dual band router died on me. It's a decent home router with some good features at a reasonable price. I've got a lot of wireless devices connected and I haven't had any issues with speeds including streaming live tv over Hulu on the Wi-Fi. It also has a nice feature where you can have both 5G bands appear as one and your device will automatically connect to the strongest at the time to prevent one from being over worked.

Yes it's one of the most expensive on the market but it's also one of the best. Having a total of 6 different WiFi connections (two for each band - one for guests and the other for non-guests). This baby is FAST. I upgraded from an older dual band 802.11n router and was really impressed at the speed increase. With 2 teenagers, several streaming devices, multiple tablets, phones, amazon echo, etc. the old WiFi had become congested. This solved that. Now everyone enjoys speedy connections.

As a computer and A/V tech pro/consultant I've setup and done troubleshooting on a plethora of wireless routers over the years . The Nighthawk series, and this unit in particular, has outstanding range and dependable throughput even at distance. The X6 coverage allowed me to remove two different range extenders from a recent client's home with better speed at distance than before. If your budget allows, this is a terrific choice for those who need greater range and/or faster throughput.

I love the tri-band, and really love knowing I am getting the fastest internet possible without worrying about my hardware being up to date. I previously had an Asus router that the antennas broke on, this Nighthawk is way sturdier.

Have had this router for about 3 weeks now. I tried and returned two other routers before getting this one. As the way of the world is going, we have multiple devices (more than I initially realized until I started connecting them all!) and this one has 3 bands (1 - 2.4 megahertz and 2 - 5.0 megahertz). A bit pricey but because of the number of wifi-enabled devices we have we decided to bite the bullet and get this one. So far it has worked well for us. Time will tell more but for now, we're satisfied.
