Got the product much earlier than expected in a great condition. Product is good but not as expected.

The NETGEAR - Nighthawk X8 AC5300 Tri-Band Quad Stream Wireless-AC Router is GREAT! Normally, we have an range extender to provide WiFi to the front of the house, but not with this one. This unit goes through multiple walls with the greatest of ease, 5-Star rating for this Netgear unit.

We replaced our old netgear router. It just wasn't keeping up with demand. Went with nighthawk. 3 game systems, laptops, phones, tablets, all the streaming, work, and games no problem and great range. Had small problem setting it up but netgear support walked us right thru.

Read all the reviews and this Netgear was the latest technology router so i bought it! Works great!!

I got this under the recommendation of several experts who told me it had incredible range. What they forgot to mention is that range doesn't cut through concrete very well. Several rooms in the house needed additional routers installed. It's very good when it reaches you, though.

Gets the job done no need to upgrade after this. Had a smaller router that constantly would fail us at home. We finally bought this one and since we have had zero problems with it crashing/ kicking us out of the net. I would recommend this item if u stream or do a lot of gaming.

This has been a very good product. Has greatly enhanced the range of my wireless as well as the quality of my wireless. Very happy with it and I know that if I adjusted the antennas that it would probably be even better. I have a 6000+ sq foot house and it reaches everywhere.

Searched this out because I was having issues with WiFi signal in my house. Lots of overlapping signals from my neighbors made 2.4 GHZ wireless almost useless, but I had a couple of devices that relied on it. This significantly improved performance on all of my wireless devices.

Best thing I ever purchased. With our pple router the signal would not reach the living room for the smart TV, or laptop. Approx 40 feet. With the Netgear X8 I took our laptop and walked 7 houses down the street. Had full signal and the laptop opened in record time.

This is a great router that I picked up at a great price during the day after Thanksgiving sale!

I have a larger home with 5 kids and countless devices. This router handles all devices and not a single issue. I have a strong signal inside and outside my home. With the QOS management the router prioritizes traffic to make everything run smoothly! A bit pricey but worth it.

love the nighthawks--this is the second upgrade we have done and it was well worth the cost --

This gadget gives you the speed you are looking for, if you're not a techy person you will struggle a bit first but after it's settled and programmed it works wonderful

Great product, had issues with data throughput but the last firmware update fixed the issue!!

This was a tremendous upgrade. It's range has allowed me to turn off my unreliable repeaters. I don't have the best internet, but I've had far less buffering issues while streaming. This can handle my household. 6 users and minimum 15 devices going at the same time.

love the tri band aspect of the router just wished it had a smaller foot print

Up and running in 10 minutes. Instructions very well laid out. Glad I chose this router.

Router handle traffic with no problems I have more than 20 device connected with no lag

This is not a cheap router, but provides ample speed on the 5G network. However on the 2.4 band I have had some issues. Being used in an office setting the dual bridge ports have worked out really well with no issues and having no dropped connections.
