Do not buy these! Yes they claim something like 8,000 ft, but the signal was no better than with my old router. The satellites constantly went offline and disconnected and I was always having to reset and reconnect them. Our signal was no stronger than with a stand alone router, in fact, we lost about 100mbps since installing these. I returned it and bought the Netgear R700s BE1900 and that works so much better! We are getting between 800-1054mbps with this piece of equipment.
