This mesh system is not working ! There is no help from costumer service ! They will do trobleshooting for hours and no fix ! Stay way

We recommend a few troubleshooting steps including checking all power and ethernet cables are securely in place and in good condition, ensuring your Router and Satellite are placed in well ventilated areas and power cycling both your RBE872 as well as connected modem. Problematic with streaming speakers

All the complaints on forums about how Apple HomePods just don’t work with this are right. You’ll be playing music and then it just randomly stops and you CAN’T CONNECT. My previous Wi-Fi router didn’t have this problem. This was an expensive downgrade. Extremely FRUSTRATING.

Well worth the $$

I connected using backhaul to get to parts of my property that had previously been blocked, but most installations probably won't need to go that route as the signal is very strong.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's not a bad wifi system. But it's not great either. Coverage is ok. Connections are decent. The app really lacks features though. It's really limited if you need to monitor who and what is connected to your wifi. Big negative is the lack of auto reboot (this is an absolute must for people that travel a lot). For $1200 umm no. This is more like a $700 to $800 at best. If the TPLink wasn't such a terrible connections, that's what I would be using. This is mid.

We would like an opportunity to improve your experience with your RBE873 via the Orbi App. You may access the Orbi App to monitor which devices are connected to your network via the Network Map feature. This feature allows you to see the topology of your network and which devices are connected to the router or satellites.
An auto reboot function is not currently available at this time, we will provide this feedback to our teams for future consideration.
