Absolutely great. We needed to extend our Wi-Fi range and already had two satellites. Adding the third satellite was quick easy and within 15 minutes it was up and running. It had to immediately do an update so some of the features weren’t immediately available but as soon as the update was done, everything was good to go. 100% recommend Orbi to anyone wanting a Wi-Fi mesh network.

Overpriced and disconnecting for me

I have had nothing but issues with this product and have been a net gear customer. For at least 30 years and love their produced. This by far was the biggest investment and probably my worst have had nothing but problems. Since December of 2024 and I see, the price has dropped $500. I can see why. They have had me go through so much with returning the first 3 I bought, which was the original set 2 satellites and one router and then i bought the additional satellite. So now I have 3 satellites and one router and constantly disconnected. From my devices and I pay for additional warranties. And services through night care as well to give me support. But they don't do in home. They just do remote support and I've been doing most of the troubleshooting connecting reconnecting disconnecting. Too much for a blind and dumb. Man should be pretty simple. Don't know if it's just me, but neither is. Customer service has gone Downhill as well again. It could be just me. They might be tired of me by now.

Bad unit

Orbi satellite quit working after 5 months. Spent over an hour troubleshooting with premium tech support and ended up having to send me a replacement. Thankfully it was still under warranty. For $900.00, one would think you’d get more than 5 months out of it.
