I have a home approximately 2000sqft. I had been using the hardware provided by my service provider for my internet access and wifi. In my office where it was all set up I never had issues. The further back of my home I went the less signal strength I would have. Sadly it was not very far away where I started encountering signal strength issues. I had tried a couple different $25-30 wifi extenders over the years but they really didn’t help all that much as I would still encounter buffering issues streaming in my living room. Picked up at Orbi and after getting it set up I saw a dramatic improvement. Setup is fairly simple. Longest part was being on phone with service provider while I was swapping their equipment out for Orbi. After that was done I was good to go. The Orbi app (on my phone) allows me to test my access which is great. I set the satellite up in the living room and the signal strength is almost as good as if I were in my office. Absolutely worth the investment as I expect this will last a long time. Very satisfied with this product.

I purchased this modem/router system a month ago. My cable company’s (Comcast) new gateway would not cover my home, and my iPhone 7 refused to stay connected to WiFi. Customer service was useless, so decided to ditch their equipment and bought his Orbi instead. Works very well, and was pretty simple to set up. Now my Apple TV, iPhone, iPads, Arlo cameras, and weather station all work throughout my house, and even in my outbuildings and yard, and my speed is faster! And, I’m saving $13/month not renting Comcast’s inferior equipment! Awesome! Take that annoying cable company!

Had a consistent speed on every speed test. The router alone had a good range. But with the satellite that it comes with. I can be outside in the driveway and have full signal and good speed. No problems till the squirrels chewed my cable lines.

Awesome product! I have Spectrum internet that was always droppping out. Especially my Nest camera's. I tried every solution Spectrum offered...even changing out spectrum routers to no avail. Then I found Orbi. Once this mesh system was installed, I have not lost connection at all. If you are having problems with keeping connection, this is your fix. My house is stucco on the outside, and it seems to have been preventing external connection with my exterior cameras. Orbi fixed all that. My outdoor connection is awesome now!

Netgear knocked it out of the park with the OrbiAc2200. It is simple to set up and use The online guide was easy to follow. The system works great , placing the satellite makes my whole house internet capable. I would highly recommend this product.

This cable modem and satellite combo is a great addition! Excellent for homes with more than one floor. The setup was quick and my provider recognized the modem almost immediately! Very fast and seems to be reliable right now. Would recommend this to anyone!

the coverage is a lot better than the Comcast modem. the signal is much better in the dead zones we HAD. I wish I did more research because this is not a phone modem as well so I will still have to rent from Comcast or bye another piece of equipment.

I replaced my all ASUS dual band , because I notice a low WIFI signal only from 8 feet from my old router . And in the current circumstances my wife is working full time from home , school for my daughter and I connected all the time make necessary the change. Researched and found this two in one router with strong signal and good reviews. This is very convenient pack for our 1490 square feet apt vs Costco package- 3 units-. I called the Asus Orbi in advance to clarified about the process they give me the number for technical assistance , I received after a long week (sold out a good price in Best Buy) they send me the package from another store. I called the Orbi phone an after a 25 minutes I set up the equipment. After that, we only need to call Comcast to provide the MAC number but the system recognized the new modem and set it up automatically . Boom a powerful, reliable, stable download speed of 200 Mbps and a constant upload of 20 Mbps in all the house . Good productivity tool worth the investment.

Originally I bought the Night Hawk but after 4 hours of Netgears horrible Tech support from India I sent it back to BBuy and bought Netgears Orbi System bc my son has it and he loves it and I had no issues whatsoever!! Easy setup!! Fast internet! Had it about 2 weeks now and I love it!

Great WiFi everywhere the whole house plus the backyard. Very fast speeds for downloading and uploading. Definitely worth its penny. Plus now with the cable modem NO MORE wires going to each tv everyone has its Roku stick so streaming tv for everyone without a HASSLE OF FREEZING.

I was told at Best Buy that the Orbi was fast and had great range and could handle all my devices for years to come!! So far it has been great and is just what I wanted. Orbi also makes it easy to give guests their own WiFi password that you can change and update from an app on your phone. Perfect

The Netgear Orbi AC2200 Tri-band Wi-Fi system has replaced an Netgear 900 (3 years old). We have more than a dozen devices at home using wi-fi and the old router would slow down significantly during peak usage. We placed the satellite in the area we had problem before and It totally solved the problem. The new Orbi has a built-in modem so we got rid of the old one too. So far the system has worked flawlessly for the first month since purchasing. Every device needs internet access has worked faster without issue. It was a very good investment indeed.

I needed to replace my old Orbi system since the satellite quit responding after 1.5 years of use. Couldn't revive it. It was spend $250 for a new satellite or $399 for this setup and replace the cable modem which was costing me $10/m. The difference between this and just a new satellite is just over a years of savings by getting rid of the leased modem. So I took the plunge. Because the last one didn't last 2 years, I got the Geek Squad replacement deal with this one. It's been a month now and I'm glad I did this. Went from two large items on my shelf to one. Because of a few power outages, I've witnessed the reboot time of this is half of what the leased modem was. The only downside is I also have home security with the cable company and they had to install a separate "secure" router between my modem and their touchscreen. It's small and not noticeable. I originally got the Orbi because I have a few Nest security cameras and they'd keep dropping off the network. This has stopped that. I just hope this setup lives a lot longer than the last one did.

I love our new orbi mesh system! Easy to install. Useful app. Great coverage indoors and out. Thank you, Netgear. We needed an answer to our frustration and you came through for us!

Setup was simple! I get coverage in my garage and driveway which is nice since my cell coverage is subpar at best in my neighborhood. Also like the parental controls through the app.

Easy setup, this cable modem router with extender is the best I've ever used. No drop in speeds, ever in my garage. 100% better then any rented equipment from the cable company. I would highly recommend this product!

Easily setup. Utilizing the app makes it easy and convenient to manage. The WiFi coverage across my house is much better. Also having several devices, including streaming 4K video, has no lag.

Hands down the best combo wifi router/modem out now. Combine that with Alexa and it’s a no brainer. My internet speeds increased tremendously!

Router is great, easy to set up. Strath is very strong and if you lose power it reboots itself fast. Very pleased with this product
