Huge tech upgrade from previous hotspot.

Im giving it a 4 rating because unfortunately sprint service is horrible at the location so we use it when we travel so she can connect her tablet or Ipod. Very easy to use.

Satisfies my needs

Although it sometimes only offers 3G (aka slow as dial up) it is rare. When connected to LTE I get great service like I am at home. I only stream videos when need to (bio lectures) but those stream just fine! Great buy!

Does what it's supposed to

Where ever I need Internet and there is no WiFi I can pull this out and I get Internet. The only thing is that there needs to be good service where you are. But I already knew that so it doesn't bother me that much.

Not impressed

It also uses up the GBs super fast--especially when using my iPad mini. I would NEVER do this again. Too bad I'm stuck with a 2 year contract. Live and learn.

netgear hotspot doesnt work in simi valley

Also my wifi is faster on my cell phone than through the hotspot. It is like throwing money away. I was talked into something that was mot necessary for our needs
