I love that it allows me to track my usage. It's lightweight and fits in a pocket and purse easily.

great battery life, very happy with this device so far. Does alot of things that I haven't tried yet.

This mobile hotspot is very fast. It gives you the usage right on the screen.

Upgraded hot spot-set up quickly and was happy when I left store. I live 45 min from BB store, when I got home it was not working. Called the support # but they could not help. A week later I got back to the store and they tried to fix but 3 hrs later no luck and they would not undo my contract. I went to Sprint store and they could not help. Went back to BB, now I have spent 4.5 hours on this problem. They tried support one more time and found that the SIM card has to be removed for it to work in 3G area. Works ok but not great. It was the only hotspot BB had to sell. I trusted BB to guide me to the right product but they failed me this time and the worst part was I had to spend over 5 hours and an additional $40 dollars I should not have had to pay to get my purchase working.

Convenient size for its purpose. Easy to use and set up.

It helps a lot when I am in open spaces. It's fast.

Again, is as advertised which, in today's world is not as usual as it used to be.

What can I say?.....I got this free & it took a $100 off my Tablet! .....it's freaking GREAT! 30GB! Need I say more? I think not!

This has been my worst experience ever with Best Buy. I purchase all my electronics there because they have a great replacement policy. I lost my hot spot and went to the Fountains location in El Paso and purchased the device and then went to the Joe Battle location to pick up the item. I took the item home and it kept powering up and restarting so I took the device back to the Joe Battle location the next day and they were supposedly able to get it to work. When I took the device home it was doing the same thing powering up and shutting off. I went back to the Fountains location later in the week to try to get the device replaced and they did not have a replacement there but would have it sent from Las Cruces, NM and have it arrive in 2 days or so. I returned to replace the item and was told that the item got sent to Kansas instead of El Paso and it would be another couple days. I am active duty military and take classes online which is I had the hotspot and this was now into week 1 of 5 without no internet access at home. I went back a couple of days later when they had the replacement device and switched out the device. I took this "new" item home and it did the exact same thing powering up and restarting. I took the item back to best buy and returned the item and canceled my contract with Sprint. I also replaced another hotspot back around December and had a not so great experience at the Fountain location again. I think it is just the Best Buy locations here in El Paso that are awful (have been to various locations in CA and VA with no issues).

Don't really need it, was told it would help cell reception and give me a hot spot anywhere. It provides a hotspot but does not help reception on my cell.

I don't really need this hotspot but I have to keep it bc it's part of my contract.

Seems to do the job. Able to use at home and in the car as we travel down the road, if a signal is available.

this product roams all the time. It shut off constantly on its own and it never worked to not even load a basic internet page

I love having Wi-Fi access when on the go. Having the hotspot that accommodates four devices simultaneously is a better option for the price than paying for cellular connectivity on my IPad only.

Doesn't always work in places where there is no internet. Am a bit disappointed in my phone carrier.

I love the portobility of the hotspot. It works great and so far using it with my tablet has been marvelous.

After the initial "break in time" we were very pleased with getting wifi when we were away from home-also very good service from the Bestbuy employee

Just wish gave a better deal on amount of gigs used
