Without help we would not have gotten the headphones, soundbar and start on the TV by ourselves. Worth the price to have Pros do it for you.

The install was terrific. Everything worked well. The tech took extra care to install accurately and cleaned up after. I thought it was going to require 2-3 technicians to install, but he did it all by himself. He explained how it functioned and how to use the app.

MIKE AND TAYLOR WERE FANTASTIC. She knew what she was doing and instructed my husband on ease of use with his new headphones MIKE found out the issue with my mouse monitor after calling the GEEK Squad for 1.5 months and they never figured out the issue.HE DID It was the HZ refresh.I went to BB returned the monitor and got a different one compatible with my computer

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

These guys were quick and professional. Did an amazing job in an hour and a half. I purchased through the website so not all the info got to them and I ended up having more stuff than they knew about but they did it all and did it well.

As part of a half day of system installs (Sonos, TV, etc.) the Geek Squad member came to the house and took care of everything. This is my first experience with Sonos but the system is amazing. Does all we want and plays in different rooms. The technician installed two Sonos 1 with Alexa and integrated them with the rest of our smart home devices. The technician taught us all we needed to know. Great experience.

We always use BestBuy for all of our AV equipment and the Geek Squad for installation. This time, we had the Geeks from Middletown NY and Poughkeepsie NY do an awesome job, a special shout out thank you to Brett Bradford who made sure everything worked perfectly.

Daniel, hooked-up my Sonos port and went to great lengths to explain and write down the instruction I needed to confidently operate my system. His commitment to pleasing the customer is greatly appreciated. I will definitely requst him with any additional needs I may have in the future.

They were on time and kept me informed of their arrival The installation went well I was somewhat disappointed in the wire management behind the units there is just a mess of wires all twisted together. When the Sonos was installed in my other home the installer make sure The wiring was neat and orderly. The quick explanation of how the system works went too fast for me to take it all in in the timeframe they used.
