They did not hook up my sound bar so I hope I wasn’t charged for it. They said there was no need to set it up so I hope I wasn’t charged $50 for them to take it out of a box and plug it into the wall. please let me know because I’d like a refund, but they hooked up my TV and mounted it very well

The Geek squad came out and answered every question I had and showed me how to use the remote correctly then helped my husband to get his wireless headphones to work on all channels. Lewis and George were very professional and well mannered as well as highly knowledgeable about what they were doing for us. I would highly recommend them.

Overqll a tough technical set up utilizing a A/V unit (Anthem) that was not user freindly. In the end they got 95% completed. A factroy rep will come in later to complete the minor problems of interfacing the whole system together.

Geek Squad installers ran 3 sets speaker wires through 25 feet of conduit that went up one wall over the ceiling and then back down the wall by the TV. Quick and clean. Service was included with my Total Tech purchase.

They got my sonos working with my xbox one x with optical as I connect it a curved dell monitorl. doesn't really need the ethernet connect to the sonos if xbox one x is already is. Also had to be reset a few times to get connection to the latest sonos app and updated. The squad did a great job.

I have met with 3 different Geek Squad Employees form the local Best Buy store in Pueblo Colorado.
All 3 employees have been Very Professional, Polite and answered every question that my wife and I asked.

Overall my Geek Squad did a great job! They obviously know their business and were thorough and competent. I had two techs here doing my install. I would give one of them a five star, and the other would get a three or four. Robbie gets the five star as he was personable, patient and knowledgeable. Jeff? Would get the the 3 or 4 star because he had an attitude. I understand he might have been frustrated because my ceilings were ten feet tall, that my ceiling access is out in the garage and that he had to do a bit of detective work to locate the wires that were left in the ceiling specifically for the speakers, but his attitude was on display to me. He made me feel like i was putting him out.
The end result was great and I love all my system installation. I just wish he had a better attitude when representing Best Buy.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. Im not understanding the communication between the store and geek Squad, they sent the geek Squad out with no information about what they were suppose to be doing? I was truly disappointed to the point that i was about cancel entire order. Im still not totally satisfied with the performance of the products that i have. This was not a pleasant experience including the credit card. I am totally satisfied with Alex from geek Squad, he was very helpful. If not for Alex being so helpful with a good attitude i would have canceled order.

Agents set up my new A/V system and were responsive to the complications we had following a power outage. I bought a year Geek support. After outage, our two computers were acting up and a computer Geek squad member came by within 4 days and quickly addressed the problems we were having.
