Ha, I just opened mine and right from the start I had trouble. Idk if when you first turn it on it is suppose to go to a neutral position to install the build tray; however, mine did not and I had to spend 5 minutes screwing the back of the extruder to lift it (not to mention all the minutes it took for me to even think of there being a dial mechanism back there). Well after installing the build tray the next step burned right into the top right of the tray. If that wasn't a bad first experience; when it calibrated the extruder moved a bunch then buried itself back into the tray this time in the center. Looks like I'm going to return this to the store I bought it from and find something that doesn't try to commit harikari when I use it.

I really wanted to love this printer, I was an early bird contributer on Indiegogo and waited a long time for this printer! BUT THERE IS SOMETHING ALWAYS GOING ON WITH THIS PRINTER! ALWAYS A PROBLEM! Either parts won't stick, or the hot end will dig into the plate or the wifi will disconnect out of nowhere or the object you are printing will jump when your print 70% done. Tech support is great but how many hours can you stay on the phone and how many times do you have to call until this printer is working right? As you can tell from this review that I am at my wits end with this printer I've only had about 3 successful prints out of 20. Maybe once they work out the kinks but just not ready yet!

Purchased a Mod t printer and was excited. First print was great. Then the trouble started. The hot end would randomly dive into the build plate. Spent a week with customer support to be told it was defective. Printer number two. A few good prints, now its diving again.
