Good, but doesn't keep accurate temp

Second model about 45 days into ownership noticed that while set to lowest temp of 54/55 degrees; thermometer placed inside reads 60-62 degrees consistently. Not the best temp for reds; certainly not even close for whites. In the fall and winter, I might as well leave bottles in my garage for better serving temps (live in MA) than use this fridge. Customer Service for the manufacturer was a joke. Ignored until retailer stepped in. And would still need to package the cooler up and send back to company (never bothered; just don't use it for wines I need to have colder than what it will actually do) for service. Reviews on other sites show I'm not alone. Buyer beware.

great for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i actually bought this item because it looked nice online... read reviews and bought a warranty. the thing was that when it arrived it was too small to elegantly fit under my kitchen counter, so i bought another higher end product that was 34 inches in height. this wine cooler is more for like a studio kitchen or a room, or over the counter kitchen. if you're looking for a stainless steel under kitchen counter one to match your stainless steel appliances, go with a higher end product that looks more heavy duty.
