broke quickly

My wife barely snagged the band on a shelf and the band ripped. The holes seem to weaken the strength of the bad... obviously. they should have put a piece of wire or something down the sides to reinforce. returned and bought a different brand.

However, due to the very knowledgeable and excellent customer service providing during some my visit to Best Buy, I purchased the watch in their store. Loving the watch as well, still learning all the functions, but couldn't be happier.
