I bought these for 2 boys ages 10 & 8. I myself had a hard time figuring out the buttons to press. I'm used to my ipod which is very user friendly. This took a little more of a learning curve. Although I do have to say that the boys figured it out way before I did. What sucks is you have to convert your mp4 music before you can put it on the player. The features which include an FM radio, radio/voice recorder, online books, & video are awesome features that the boys really enjoyed. The video is a little hard to figure out converting itunes videos to be playable on the player. Still haven't figured it out yet. But all in all, it was a GREAT value for the price! I only posted a 4 for Durability as they are still fairly new (Christmas gifts) and I have yet to see how durable they are.

I bought one for my 9 yr old daughter and it went out after 2 songs and playing the first video, we exchanged it and it workes for 1 song and the third time i got it to play 5 songs and 2 vids before it went out!

Seemed like good features, but couldn't get it to work after charging and also could never see if it was charging or fully charged. Will stick with Philips

I bought this unit online. It did not work . I took it to the local Best Buy to exchange. This unit is only sold online. I returned it and paid almost double for a different brand that worked.

really love the widescreen when watching movies. It was very simple to add music and movies.
