Save your money. I had the next space IQ 4K camera and I thought this would be similar, but I was dead wrong. I am so happy to have my Measer 4K back.

Its okay, doesn't automatically unload videos to phone, you have to have your car turned on to download or remove the sims card to download.
I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue with your Piqo camera.
I'm afraid that you do need the camera connected to the phone to view the files, and the vehicle needs to be on so the camera can turn on too.

Item did not work, a week later Nextbase responded to my question. Horrible customer service, missed my return by date at Best Buy by 1 day & was refused a refund. Both companies ruined my experience with you!

Video quality is fair the biggest problem I had is the field of view is very narrow. Not great for a dash cam in my opinion.

Could not get the device to connect to my phone to download the videos. It was always restarting and the app shut down. Very frustrating overall, I would highly suggest staying away from this item.

You have to be inside the car or else you can’t see it if you’re in another spot

Terrible! It keeps draining the battery in my car. The safety feature does not work. It barely connects to the app and customer service is horrendous.
