OMG!!!

I wanted to support a brick and mortar Best Buy so I went in person and the salesperson told me it would sync to my phone via the app but this particular base model is not supported by their app so you have to look at the files on your computer or the little screen on the camera. Also, there is poor support from the company's support email which is based in England. They take about 6 days to reply to your email. I wish I would have spent a little more money getting a better camera but I had already passed the two week return period. I ended up having to go to Best Buy to get my questions answered.

The models that are supported by the app need to have a W in their model number, like the 322GW, the W stands for Wifi, which is required to be able to use the application.
