After much research I decided on this product and it did not disappoint. Easy to install. Sharp, clear video. Great price. I'm very pleased with the purchase and also purchased the add-on rear facing cabin cam.

Great product and reasonable price. Easily installed in minutes. This is a great tool for documentation when involved in a car accident. Video can be downloaded. It has a lot of other great features.

I'm in sales and spend most of my day in my car. This is my 3rd dash camera and by far the best I've owned. Everything about it is an upgrade from other cameras; small device hardly gets noticed on the windshield yet the touchscreen display used to control the camera is quite large. 2 mounts, plus usb and cigarette lighter power cables are included, which makes installing and removing the camera a breeze. You will need a memory card to record so I purchased the 32gb GoPack ($39) which includes a 32gb microSD card and carry pouch. There is also a "hardwire" power kit available ($29) to power your camera with your car battery. After you download the app and connect your phone and camera you're ready to record. Settings and other changes can be controlled from the cameras large touch screen or your phone.

Camera works much better than my older camera. It has a magnetic mount that does a good job of holding the camera. I have not had reason to read the memory at this time.

I've had this Dashcam for a while now and have had zero problems with it. I love it a lot. It is extremely easy to use and operate. I highly recommend this to anyone!

Love this dash cam. Nice clear video. I keep it in the car all the time. Price wasn't bad. I've have been using it nearly a year now. No problems at all.
When the 'Protect' function is activated a file containing 10 seconds prior to the incident and 20 seconds after is written to the Protected folder. The Protected Files are recorded for three different reasons:
1. The G-Sensor on the camera automatically protects the footage when unusual G-force is detected. You can adjust how sensitive the G-Sensor is within the camera's settings:
A) Turn the Dash Cam on B) Ensure it is not recording (by pressing the red circle if required) C) Go into Settings (the button in the top left) D) Go into Video settings E) Scroll across to ‘G-Sensor’ F) Change this to Medium, or Low.
2. The Protect Button is pressed (the Nextbase button under the screen).
3. Parking Mode footage.
If the camera is seeming to randomly record a protected file, it's likely due to the G-Sensor and I'd recommend turning this down to Medium or Low. If you have any further questions, please contact the Nextbase Support Team at [email protected].

I have tested the first one for about a month, good results, it replaces an old one that corrupted SD cards. Too soon to tell if this will also as it recommends reformat every few months. After the good experience it now is in all my cars and RV.

I had gotten into an accident and the lady blamed me for running a stop sign when I clearly did not, but the police report agreed with her so I invested into this dash cam and I feel better know that it won't happen again. It's worth the money.

I had it installed in my 4runner and had it hard wired and it seems to work well. I've yet had a chance to watch anything its recorded or a need too but thats a good thing.

So far the unit has worked as I HOPED it would and I can view the action on my cell phone as it is to small to view on the camera screen. Overall it is what I expected.

installation instructions are a bit confusing and vague about power accessibility requirements and camera orientation directions but once you figure it out the thing seems to work well.

This is my first cam, I was really wanting to get a 4K but the more I looked at these, this is an easy starter that can be swapped up to a 4K model later when they are available.

When I installed this camera in my car the video came on however when I was driving it remained on "1" so I knew it wasn't recording. I returned to the store and Zack, the only person at the store who knew what he was doing, came with me to my car and agreed it didn't work. We went to see the store installer and he found the problem to be the rear camera attachment which I bought at the same time. These two guys were terrific and helped find out the problem. They reordered me a new rear camera and it should arrive next week. Kudo's to both of these guys.
The 322GW Dashcams have an internal lithium ion battery for emergency uses, such as the loss of power during an incident. This will allow the camera to continue recording to the end of the clip before switching off. This internal battery has around 10-15 minutes of battery life. However if you add a Rear Camera module, the battery life is reduced due to the additional power draw.
If you intend on using Parking Mode on your camera, then we'd instead recommend using a Nextbase Hard Wire Kit, not the provided 12V Cigarette Lighter Power Cable. The Hard Wire Kit will allow the camera to draw nominal current from the car's battery, preventing the cam's battery from being drained. The Hard Wire Kit has an in-built voltage cut off which protects the car's battery from being drained below 11.2V.

The app is easy enough to use. Installed it myself in about 90 minutes. Does everything I need it to.
