For the price, this is the best camera. The picture clarity is close to high def. Continuous, looping video recording is great. This product is hard wired into my dash and mounted under the rear visor. It’s out of site and does not interfere with my vision. I LOVE this camera.

I bought it because of the features and the great reviews. Just tried it for a week already. But utterly disappointed. First, the nighttime view is absolutely awful. Headlight glare and reflection completely washout the footage. Daytime view is fair. The app is where the disaster. It is glitchy on IOS with many crashes, freezes and reboots. Even though it paired with camera it still has been forgotten my camera sometimes.So I will not recommend it.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review, have you tried using the Polarising Filter on your camera? This can be purchased separately and will alleviate windscreen glare on the footage.
Regarding the app, please check that the app is fully up to date and your camera is on the latest available firmware. On your iPhone, go into Settings- MyNextbase- Location- Ensure this is set to 'Always'. If you see 'Background Refresh Data' this must also be turned on.

Perfect and affordable dashcam

I love this! I use it everyday and it has helped so much! It has great sight and video quality as well. I would buy another if I had to!! Downside is that the app and nextbase dash cam have to "link" to each other while the nextbase is on/plugged in and takes quite a bit of time to "download" the videos onto the app, which was quite annoying after an incident where I really needed the footage right away. It probably took a solid 30 minutes for the dashcam and my phone to communicate and download the footage.

Hello Adil, I am very sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your 322GW. It sounds like you may be experiencing an SD card failure. SD cards only have limited lifespans. In our manuals we recommend formatting every 2-3 weeks to prolong the life of the card. Without this regular formatting, or if the card is non-compatible or damaged, the card could corrupt which would cause a failure of data writing. Symptoms of SD card failure are: an audible 'alarm' tone, non-functional buttons, freezing, corrupted files on playback, image missing from files, lack of file recording etc. I'd recommend checking that the SD card that you're using is a compatible Nextbase SD card and that it is being formatted at least every two weeks.
