Nextbase 322 Review

It is a simple setup to connect and has everything you need to set up the dash cam. Gives you option of adhesive or suction. Not to mention, great quality for 720p at 60fps. Other options can go up to 1080 at 60, requiring more space. Worth the price, but downside is you need to separately purchase the memory card.

An Almost Perfect Dash Cam

It's not bad, but it can be improved upon. My biggest gripe is that if it gets too hot, the touch screen is almost useless and you'll have to manually power off in order to access the menu. The only other issue is sometimes it says "SD Card Format Error" to which I just manually power off until it doesn't get the error again. Other than that, It's a decent dash cam.

The camera is designed to operate in some of the most extreme temperatures globally so shouldn't experience any issues as long as the set-up and equipment are correct.
You may experience the issue you described if the SD card in use is not designed for looped recording devices such as Dashcams, if you need further support with this please be sure to contact our Technical Department at [email protected].

Great investment for all ages

It makes her feel better about driving with so many people out there that seem to do what they want to these days. Now she has recordings for if proof is needed. She said the set up and use is very easy and she would recommend it for all ages.

Suction cups fails

However, the rubber suction cup has cracked and will no longer hold fast to the windshield. I had read other reviews about the same issue. Now I have to figure out how to stick it to my windshield.

Two types of mounts come with the 322GW; a suction cup and an adhesive mount. I'd recommend using the adhesive mount with your 322GW.
If your camera is within 12 months of the purchase date and you provide the Nextbase Technical Support Team with your Proof of Purchase (receipt), they can provide a replacement suction mount piece free of charge. They will require a copy of your receipt, your full name and postal address emailed to [email protected].
