Posted .Hello. Sorry to hear you were having issues with the Polarizing Filter. This is designed for use with the 122, 222, 322GW and 422GW Dash Cams. It uses a rotating bezel so should in fact clip onto the lens of your Dash Cam and can be rotated around to give the optimum view. I would recommend returning it to Best Buy if the Lens is not doing this. Thanks, Nextbase
