NHL 15 for PS4 was lacking some of the features from previous versions of the NHL series. NHL 16 finally has them back! It just makes the whole game experience better. Online play is better. Overall, i would say that its the best one yet.

I have been playing EA Sports NHL games since I had my Sega Genesis. I have to keep upgrading my systems so I can get the new game but NHL 16 is TOTALLY worth it...Graphics are amazing and love all of the new moves...Thanks EA Sports

This is one of the few games that I will buy every year. It always provides great game play and the tweaks every year are worth it. The $40 special made it a no brainer. You don't have to be a hockey fan to enjoy this game.

NHL is a great game, there's not a ton of upgrade here from last year (a lot of similar cut scenes, voice comments, etc.) but for hockey fans this is an annual journey to winning the Stanley Cup Championship - worth a play through for hockey fans.

I buy this game every year, and each year they make adjustments to improve game play. I really like the addition this year of a more realistic arena feeling to the game, I think it makes the game a little more realistic.

ive owned several of the ea nhl series games and have always enjoyed them, this is the first one i played on ps4 and it was even better. great graphics, smooth gameplay. if you like the series you'll like this game.

I think they finally got it right, there are a few things that are annoying like how long each game in Be a Pro is, as well as some AI issues. The game play is much more realistic and playing defense is a lot better than previous years.

the best nhl that they have come out with in a long time... well worth it to get into again or keep on playing..... I highly recommend getting this game if you love to play nhl... great game hands down!!!!

I have never played a hockey game before. This was an amazing game to start getting into hockey. I would go out on a limb and say that it is the sports game of the year... or it will at least give NBA 2K a run for it's money.

Great improvement from NHL 15. Basically took the gameplay of 15 and improved on it, and also added the old heavily requested game modes. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys hockey.

I basically bought a PlayStation so I could play this game and it was the best decision ever! Fantastic graphics and so many options that pretty much make you feel like a real NHL player. So fun!

The difference in graphics quality coming from the PS3 NHL 2014 to the PS4 NHL 2016 is absolutely amazing. The game runs so smooth and realistic that my wife asks me what game I am watching!

I love how they made the skating more efficient and real and the new drop in online play is fun but for all of the HUT packs for preorder the game is still horrible when you play online because of the dekeing glitch.

I have not played since 2012, but the improvements they have made to this game have made it much more realistic. There are still glitches in the game that make for unrealistic goals, but definitely getting better!

I've bought every ea sports nhl game since 94 each one is better than the year before. Nhl 16 is the best yet. I mean come on they even have the mascots in the game now! What's next?

NHL16 made significant improvements to the much-maligned NHL15 edition last year. It's still missing some features from the previous generation games, but the gameplay itself is the best it's been.

Great graphics. Fun game Really tough. I'm only on the pro level and still learning and trying to get the hang of this game. The game doesn't do a good job of explaining how to do certain stuff.

nhl 16 is a great game in terms of gameplay. physics and skating are very realistic, it does take some getting used to but serves as a great foundation and next installments will only get better.

Gameplay and graphics are sick! Only knock I can find is that I wish they would bring back the custom music feature. I loved being able to customize arena music especially

The fast pace of the game and graphics make this game look like an actual broadcast. The different playing modes will provide hours of entertainment as one can easily get immersed in the game.
