The graphics and overall game-play seem to be vastly improved on from years past. While I haven't played a whole lot just yet, the online mode is very entertaining especially when playing with your friends.

Last year was still fun but watered down and missing a lot. They added back online team play this year and a lot of other things it was lacking. Big props to EA this year

Definitely worth the wait. Graphics are way great. Game play is realistic! The developers definitely paid attention and it's worth noting. Really fun online experience.

This was my first NHL game in a long time and I'm happy to say that NHL 16 got me back into the game. With new modes like HUT and EASHL cannot go wrong. Tons of replay

I purchased this game for my son. The graphics are so life like. Sometimes it hard to tell if he's actually watching a real game on TV or he is playing the game.

I'm not a avid hockey fan or player, but the game is easy to pick up and play, the controls don't seem to be to difficult for someone who just picked up the game.

This was given out as a gift. They said the game is totally redone and way better than the previous nhl versions. I'm still waiting to get to play it with him!

I'm a huge fan of the NHL, but last years game was not very good. There are still some things that need to be worked on, but this is the most fun I've had with a hockey game in quite a few years.

I read the reviews and decided to purchase the game as a gift for my son. The game seemed like it was a good game to purchase and my son greatly enjoyed the game and had a blast playing it.

Picked up the latest edition of EA Sports Hockey, 2016 version, and the game has only gotten better than the last edition. Worth the dough.

I'm a long term player of the NHL Series and this latest installment is by far the best. Incredible gameplay, and the newly designed game modes are much more realistic. Very entertaining.

EASHL is the only good mode in this game. The AI is awful and ruins every other game mode. But EASHL is a lot of fun to play with friends.

Game play is updated. Different modes in game is good depending on what you are looking for. Nice they added a single player season mode in HUT.

This is the best NHL since 2009. Plays well, looks great, a lot of fun. Only disappointment is that the online couch co-op is not available.. Other then that it's worth the money.

So many features came back. The offline shootout, the option to sim until your shift, and ahl teams. The physics of the game are very smooth.

Graphics are great, I watch my husband play all the time. Looks more difficult than the 2012 version he was playing, but that's the fun part!

my last NHL was 2010 so it's been a few years since I've played an update. very pleased with this version, but I am comparing it to a version 6 years older.

Far and away the best multiplayer sports game. No real complaints with this game the NHL series just seems to get better every year

Very fun game with realistic behaviors. Took me a little while to really learn how to play effectively - score goals and keep the AI from filling the net with pucks
