    This game is the same game every year. Even with new cosmetics and new cards, they have done no gameplay quality updates such as 120 fps and optimization. EA still hasent added cross play! Wtfffff!

    It’s EA. They give you a couple flashy new goals or passes or dekes. That’s about it. NHL 2K series had more depth from 15 years ago. And I thought EA killed it for awhile but recently.. only saving grace is with them pushing the release date back to October, you can wait the month or so until it’s half off on Black Friday. Which is still not worth it. Obviously if you love hockey, it’s the only game on the market so you have to buy it, unfortunately. And McDavid not being a 98 or 99 overall is absolutely insane. But sure, make other superstars seem like they’re just as good.

    I know people are gonna say “it’s the exact same game what a waste of money.” But I personally love it. I’m a die hard NHL fan and I had to have it *shrug*. Goalies are smarter this year and are better at making saves. Different types of plays/shots are OP this year for scoring chances.
