No 3 and the Final of a quite entertaining series , if you have seen the other 2 you know what to expect when the lights go off. Ben affleck does his usual comedy with a little less savvy this time as I'm sure that he was contracted and was a bit tired of the usual flavor. Watching Robin Williams in this is always a treat and being one of his last movies he made i bought this to pay homage to one of the comedy greats. I will miss you Robin and I'm sure the world will too.

Monkey...Check, Roosevelt....check, Walter Mitty...Check.... Cowboy...Check Fat Amy....wait what ? Yes, Rebel Wilson joins the crew... reprising a role similar to Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect. But wait there is more. The return of Rick Gervais and the adage of Sir Ben Kinsley makes us all want to talk with a British accent. I was going to include the Native American Chick Saca.... but I can't spell her name. Cameo appearance by Hugh Jackman...No not as Wolverine.

This last installment of Night in the Museum is as enjoyable as the previous two were and brought a tear to my eyes because it was the last time I will get to see Robin Williams on the big screen. The DVD itself was flawless and I already knew the movie would be a hit in out home. If you liked either of the first two you will like this one as well. Fresh take while using the same characters we loved from before.

I'm a big fan of this line, and this one seems to be the "good bye" to the series, and in part a fitting tribute to Robin Williams. I will not give away the way this is done, it might be just coincidence, but if not, it was well done. The usual suspects travel to London, and fight an unlikely enemy to keep the survival of the tablet. Making history come alive all over again. It is a good family fun movie.

The film is clearly for kids. The action and drama is low intensity. Larry struggles with his son (Skyler Gisondo) who does not want to attend college. Hugh Jackman manages to play and laugh at himself. There is a speech given by Robin Williams about moving on which was a bit sad. Should be good fun for the kids, although they could have done it without a urinating monkey and BTW Orion doesn't have a bow.

Not much different from the previous movies (except for the location) but still tickles the funny bone. The ending is bittersweet, as Larry decides to move on with his life, and as the audience knows this was the final movie appearance for Robin Williams and for Mickey Rooney. However, there is plenty of fun left in the franchise, with sight gags galore and the impressive CGI that makes it all work.

My children love the Night at the Museum series. It keeps them entertained, makes them laugh, and unlike other shows they like I enjoy watching it as a parent as well. It was nice that this came with a digital copy of the original Night at the Museum too. Two digital movie copies and a blu-ray for this price for a solidly entertaining movie is great.

    "Night" goes Kitsch

Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb gets points for bringing us back into series. It's kind of like "going home" again, and seeing all the old relatives. It loses points for rehashing several old gags and scenes that take longer to play out than necessary. It is also sad because it is the last movie for Micky Rooney and Robin Williams. The tone sets this one off as the last in the series.

This third installment should close the book of the "they all lived happily ever after",at least at night. Some scenes are stretched almost to a breaking point desperately searching for a punchline, any joke to justify its inclusion to the movie. Now,having said all this, the movie does have good laughs and story worth joining the two others in the group.

as far sequels go, it was good. The kids were excited when we bought it and immediately wanted to watch it. The story line tied in well and Stiller did well with the additional character. There were some out loud laughable moments. The only pieces missing were the lady historian and his ex wife. Niether of which took away from the movie but it would have added to the previous storyline

We like owning all of the movies in a series of sequels if they are good and this one was. Big fans of Robin Williams too. No surprises in the story line or characters but an amusing movie and worth the time and $ if you are a fan of the series.

If your like me than you were surprised to see the "Night at the Museum" franchise return this past year after a little while away from release of the second film, it would have seemed maybe there would be a third picture, but alas it came in due time. By now there's a formula to these movies and this one is much the same, its debatable if this third and perhaps final film in the franchise is better than the first but I think its fairly easily better than the second. Ben Stiller does his Ben Stiller thing, at times almost coasting through the 90 minutes runtime and the supporting cast is serviceable as well. Rebel Wilson particularly seems to be giving it her all to provide a comedic performance. Its a little sad that this one will go down as Robin Williams final film but its not because he doesn't give a good showing its because he's unfortunately trapped in the Teddy Roosevelt character box. Obviously these Museum movies are more geared to the younger crowd but there are moments in Secret of the Tomb that will possibly give the older viewer a chuckle.

Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb provides an excellent finale for a truly wonderful and entertaining series of films. Throughout the story line has been interesting while also exceptionally funny due to the superb ensemble cast of actors. This third in the series, and it provides the next to the last time we will see both Robin Williams and Mickey Rooney in a new film.

I already have Night at the Museum and Night at the Smithonsian. Was waiting for Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb to come out on DVD. It was good. It was also sad to know it was one of Robin Williams last movies. Have been one of his fans since Mork and Mindy. My favorite one is still the first one, Night at the Museum, glad to have all 3 of them for my collection.

Although there are some slow areas in this film, it is still a very good film that takes over from the previous films from this franchise and carries the story even more forward. It was somewhat bittersweet in that this is the last of the "Museum" films to feature Robin Williams, but he did his usual excellent job in his role as T. Roosevelt. A very good film overall.

Okay, I am always a little suspicious of sequels (think Rocky). Fortunately, this one was great too. Some really good screen writing on this one. My favorite scene (not to spoil things for those who haven't seen this yet) is with the monkey Dexter close to the end. Actually, this is my favorite scene out of all three movies.

We thoroughly enjoyed this movie!! It was a lot of fun for both children and adults of all ages. We did a lot of laughing ... especially in the second half. It was also somewhat sad & bitter sweet, since Robin Williams has passed. Some of his lines brought that back, & I had to fight back tears. But I will definitely watch it again!

I love this series of movies. It was wonderful but bittersweet to see Robin Williams in it and know that we won't be seeing him anymore. :o( Don't let that stop you from buying the movie tho. On the other hand, that horrible crude blonde British woman is enough to make me not want to watch it again. Thank goodness for fast forward!

Our collection is complete with all three movies...and with this being Robin William's last movie, we would have purchased it regardless...but following in the footsteps of its predecessors, this 3rd installment was every bit as good as 1 and 2...We had 3 generations watching, from 2 yrs to 63 yrs, and it was enjoyed by all.
