      It works but they need to offer a shorter length. We only needed an extra 12ft and didn't know we needed until mid install so we had to purchase it. It's just a standard cable that comes with a separate little adapter to connect the 2 video ends together. Had we known this in advance, we would have just installed the 100ft cable. We assumed it would have been a one piece type of thing. Overall it's fine just too long. Measure twice and know you can use this cable instead of one of the 60 footers that come with unit.

      This is a must have for your security system. It seems the included cable is always shorter than needed. And the best part is this can be used in place of that other cable.

      Hate the fact that teh cameras came with ALL shorter cables when usually you have to go a ways out for one or two cameras. Works. That's what matters!!!
