    Let’s just say all cords are NOT created equal, get the ones from the same system, I get wavy lines using these

    Purchased two boxes of cable. Clearly indicated on the box includes "1 x BNC Video Extension Adapter". Neither box had this adapter included. Called Night Owl and there does not seem to be anyplace to speak to someone about the missing item. Spoke to two people and neither was interested in seeing that we received the missing part. Have to return both items to the store and purchase new ones. A better idea would be to return the whole Night Owl system.
