I'm giving a 3 because I had to return the DVR to night owl, it won't allow me to login. After only having it 2months. And there going to repair or replace, but only two months it should be replaced.

The cameras work great.. by themselves. However the software does not. The lights will not turn off when you set it to off and the app will not work as shown at all. Once we fought the app and had to reset the DVR multiple times we finally got it to connect. 5 minutes later the app dropped the device as if it was never added. The app never let us see the camera feeds and the customer service doesn't exist... all on all I returned this item.

I usually go to location in Chesapeake. I have always had good service there. I also had a vehicle camera installed at the Virginia Beach location. there were also courteous, thorough and professional. Very please with product.

This multi camera set was a good choice for me because I wanted to capture every moment and angle around the premises of my house. This set will allow you to do just that!

Its only okay, the cameras feel light and cheap and I don't like the interface compared to the others. I would say save your money and get a lorex system.

I have had several DVD’s over the years and fully expected this system to function at least equally yo others.. My main complaint is If exit front door an walk towards street to mailbox I am 15 feet away before recording starts. If I back my car out of the garage, recording doesn’t start until 10 seconds or so later. By then you have lost the opportunity to see who was in the car because they are out in the street now. If I didn’t have this fully installed I would return it.

They are nice. I Always recommended this brand and install it for couple of friends and no problems at all. Even I sent it to my country Honduras to my family's house and I can see it here in USA.

I already use a Night Owl 16 camera system, so decided to expand with another Night Owl system. Very easy to add to existing system. Best Buy had the best price for what I needed.

They are good easy to set up. Clear picture. Only but is it takes long to open up loading takes a long time

It is doing the job I need but I would have appreciated a manual because the system is very complicated. When I called and explained the situation to Best Buy sales rep, this was the only product recommended. It is not user friendly. I still have to get through the manual I had to print to figure out how to work it. And their tech support is terrible. Horribly long waits and the techs on chat don't understand what is being asked, then they get nasty.

This is the best dawg system for the price out there on the market and the video from it is amazing, with close-up to spot the color of a eye 20 feet away (ya buddy) !

This system is hard to set up. Tried several times and cannot figure out how to cameras just to come on when there is movement.

Would have preferred to keep this product. Unfortunately I am single and rent therefore I could not mount these in the appropriate places to protect me from hindering haters!

This was my second nightowl purchase from best buy...great product in my experience. Purchased online used curbside pickup went smoothly had it installed in no time.

We are very happy with these camera systems. We recently replaced ours because our DVR broke. These cameras are very clear, and the app is reliable.

Despite it was pretty manageable to set up and to understand the directions it also was in the price range of what I was looking for for home security system

These cameras are slow, I walked right in front of them and sometimes they don't even light up. They are just not reliable for the money and I should've just bought the more expensive ones and saved myself the hours of installation it took me. Plus there is no audio. I'm just disappointed overall; might be a great deal but who cares if they can't even reliably do what you are buying them for.

So cool. Facial recognition and it's wired. Wireless is convenient but if you are looking for real security this is the wired way to go.
